1. About MyLabStory

MyLabStory is a product operated under the brand Kritr, which is owned and operated by AI Brainiacs. MyLabStory is a personal health data management app that allows you to:

• Upload and store medical lab reports
• Extract and analyze biomarker data using AI
• View trends and insights over time
• Ask questions about your health data through an AI chat assistant
• Manage personal and family health records

By using the Service, you acknowledge that MyLabStory is not a laboratory, hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider and does not provide medical, laboratory, or clinical services.

The Service is intended for informational and organizational purposes only.

2. Not Medical Advice

Information you receive through the app, including AI-generated summaries, biomarker extractions, trends, and chat responses, is for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, prevent, monitor, treat, or alleviate any disease or medical condition, or to substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions. Your use of the app does not create a doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship.

You acknowledge that reliance on any information provided through the Service is at your own risk.

3. Using the App Wisely

We encourage you to use your own judgement when reviewing information in the app, as MyLabStory does not have access to your full medical history and may not reflect your complete health picture.

In an emergency, please call emergency services right away. The app is not designed for urgent or time-sensitive medical situations.

4. Eligibility

You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service, and that you accept these Terms voluntarily.

MyLabStory is not intended for independent use by individuals under 18. However, if you upload or manage health records for a child or dependent, you represent that you are legally authorized to do so on their behalf.

By using the Service, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Any information you provide is accurate and complete
• If you provide information about another person, including a child or dependent, you have the legal authority to do so

5. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

6. Your Health Data and Content

6.1 Your Content

You may upload:

• Lab reports such as PDFs, JPEGs, and PNG images
• Health-related data including biomarkers and notes
• Profile information

When you upload lab reports or other health documents, you confirm that you have the right to upload them and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You retain ownership of your data.

6.2 License to Us

You grant MyLabStory a limited license to store, process, and analyze your health data to provide summaries, biomarker extraction, trends, AI chat, and related features, as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

This includes processing via AI systems, including third-party AI providers described below.

You are responsible for reviewing extracted biomarker values and report information before relying on them. OCR and AI processing may introduce errors.

7. Third-Party AI Processing (OpenAI)

MyLabStory uses OpenAI, LLC ("OpenAI"), a third-party AI provider, to power document analysis and the AI chat assistant. Data is sent to OpenAI using OpenAI's API.

When you upload documents or use the AI chat assistant, we share Health Data with OpenAI as described in our Privacy Policy, including uploaded lab report files, extracted text, chat messages, and relevant biomarker and document context needed to answer your questions.

OpenAI processes this data only to provide the features you request. Under OpenAI's API data usage policies at the time of processing, content submitted through the API is not used to train OpenAI's models unless otherwise disclosed by OpenAI. OpenAI does not use your Health Data for advertising.

By using the Service, you consent to MyLabStory sharing the data described above with OpenAI for these purposes.

8. AI and Accuracy

The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated processing to extract data from documents through OCR, generate summaries and insights, identify trends, and respond to chat messages.

AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Extracted biomarkers, summaries, and chat responses should be independently verified with your healthcare provider.

The AI assistant generates responses automatically and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. AI responses should not be treated as professional medical advice.

MyLabStory is a support tool, not a clinical decision system, and is not certified as a medical device.

9. Limitations

Lab reports you upload may not reflect your complete health picture and may omit tests relevant to you. The app does not guarantee that processing will capture every value or nuance in your documents. The AI chat assistant may not have access to your full medical history.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://kritr.com/mylabstory/privacy/

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure storage. However, no system is completely secure.

11. Subscription and Payments

11.1 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled.

11.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, such as monthly or yearly
• Payments are processed via app stores such as Apple or Google, or through payment providers

11.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

11.4 Refunds

Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store or payment provider.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful data
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
• Access data belonging to other users without authorization
• Abuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access

13. Other Third Parties

In addition to OpenAI, the app may reference or link to other third-party content or services, such as sign-in providers, app stores, or payment processors. MyLabStory may also use cloud storage providers and analytics tools to operate the platform.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, or information outside the OpenAI processing described above. Your data may be processed by these other providers solely to deliver the Service.

14. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, excluding user content, are owned by MyLabStory.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• Use our branding without permission

15. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service in a manner that could harm other users or the platform.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

16. Data Deletion and Account Closure

You may request deletion of your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. To exercise this right, contact us at mylabstory@kritr.com or use in-app account deletion features where available.

17. Service Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent retention of uploaded content, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLabStory and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

You remain responsible for healthcare decisions made based on information obtained through the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyLabStory from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any data you upload

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you through the app or email. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
